The Community Building for Food Security (CBFS) workshop was created using the insights and experiences of the CAPC/CPNP National Project Fund titled ‘Building Capacity for Food Security through Mentoring’ and “Thought About Food? A Workbook on Food Security and Influencing Policy” its tools, processes, action planning guidelines, and DVD. The CBFS workshop demonstrates ways to use community development approaches including community capacity building, asset mapping and the Tosterud CAFÉ approach for food security actions. The workshop consists of 3 Parts:
